Light, shadows, colours and nature - that is my inspiration. Once any of this is missing the painting is incomplete.
This scene evokes quite mixed feelings in me. On the one hand, I have the impression that I am observing some kind of a long pedestrian crossing across some busy road. But instead of people, tribes passing to the other side. And on the other hand I feel a vast quiet deep forest in front of me with no sign of traffic jam. The shadows drag me along deeper into the darkness and i feel alone.
Anyways, together these different feelings complement each other, and the painting becomes complete for me.
