Forest Path
For this painting, the sun had to drop to one precise level to create the right angle, find a hole in the thick treetops, crawl its thin ray through all the trunks, and create one exact path of light in the dark forest.
If I remember vaguely, mine appeared at 6:16 p.m. Once the sun dropped just a little lower, the road completely disintegrated, and appeared somewhere else. The first day I was shocked, the next day I was ready to fight for my life at that minute.
